Add Time Slot and Week Promised to Automated Text/Email Options

Many companies schedule service in 2 hour time slots. They tell their clients they will be there between 8-10am, 10-12pm, 12-2pm, etc. It would be most helpful to be able to use the Time Slot and Week Promised fields in the automatic reminders being sent from mobile.

Identify a User as an Admin

Many times the person with the administrator is not available to enter a password. It would be most helpful to have another user enter a password different than the administrator password to override the cutoff date saves.
