Enterprise Server Utility
The Server Utility for Total Office Manager Enterprise Edition should periodically be updated to take advantage of the latest functionality and enhancements.
Generally, the Total Office Manager Enterprise Server Utility is found by clicking the Microsoft Windows® “Start” button, and going to All Programs | Aptora | Total Office Manager Enterprise | Server Utility.
A shortcut to the utility might also be present on the Microsoft Windows® “desktop”.
The Total Office Manager Enterprise Server Utility will appear. If neither path to the utility is found, consult the IT professional who originally installed the software or contact Technical Support.
Database Setup Wizard – Used for creating new databases or converting TOM Classic databases for use in Enterprise Editions.
Send to Aptora – Used to send files directly to Aptora. This utility should only be used when a file is specifically requested by personnel at Aptora.
Backup Database – Used to create backups. Please see the Related Topic on Creating Backups for more information.
Download From Aptora – Used to receive files directly from Aptora. This utility should only be used when a file is specifically requested by personnel at Aptora.
Restore from Backup – Used to restore backups created using the Server Utility. Please see the Related Topic on Restoring Backups for more information.
