Custom Forms

Support Site

Custom Forms are additional, named ticket-creation forms. For example a "Billing Question" form and a "Bug Report" form, each with its own fields and its own sidebar entry. Submitting any form still creates a normal ticket, so everything flows into the same queue.

For administrators (Settings → Custom Forms):

  • Create a form and give it a name, URL slug, icon, and audience (members, agents, or both).
  • Set preset defaults: product, section, priority, status, default tags, and a subject prefix. These apply to every ticket the form creates.
  • Design the form's fields with the same drag-and-drop layout editor used for the standard ticket form, including any custom fields.
  • Active forms appear automatically in the correct sidebar. Their order and icon come from the form's own settings.

For everyone else:

Pick the form that matches your request from the sidebar and fill it in. The right fields and defaults are already set up for you.
