Support Site

Welcome to the support desk. The sidebar on the left is how you move between areas. It is tailored to your role, so you only see what you have access to. An administrator can reorder, rename, group, or hide sidebar items in the Site Designer, so your menu may look a little different from a colleague's.

• Use the table of contents or the search box to jump straight to a topic.
• Switch between light and dark mode from the bottom of the sidebar.
• Most lists support search, sorting, and filtering. Most detail screens save changes as you make them, or with a clearly labelled Save button.

This Knowledge Base is the in-app reference for what the site can do. Each feature has its own article.
