If you have a suggestion for a software feature or improvement, please put it in writing. This will help both of us to track suggestions and prioritize them. We will work on each issue and update our progress on the web. This will allow you to see our progress and learn which version contains your requests.
If you would like to see a feature such added to Total Office Manager you can submit an Enhancement request through the Tech Support Request form by clicking the “New Feature/Enhancement Request” button before submitting:
To submit a request, from within Total Office Manager:
Click [Help] | [Tech Support Request]
Fill out the form using as much detail as possible about the feature you wish to see added.
Click the New Feature/Enhancement Request button.
Please use this method to submit ALL Enhancement Requests. We love hearing from you but calling us with suggestions has created confusion as to what you were asking for and mistakes have been made wasting valuable time and money.
