Your Apple devices must be on iOS version 13.0 or higher to use the Aptora Mobile II app.

When updating, please stop the Internet Information Services (IIS) website for Aptora Mobile II prior to running the Mobile Configuration Utility. Make sure that users clear the cache on the browser and/or the Aptora Mobile II application. This is the best practice with any website update to prevent conflicts with website code changes. If you are not logged into the mobile server and the computer/network administration, please right-click on the Mobile Configuration Utility and run as administrator.

Important Note Regarding Installer Update

This release includes a fix to the installer that resolves a critical issue. However, applying this update will trigger a reinstallation process that can cause temporary downtime. We recommend not running this update during business hours or mid-day, as it may interrupt normal operations. Please schedule the update during off-hours to avoid disruption.

Enhancements and Fine Tuning

1. Aptora Mobile II now supports negative quantity entries, allowing users to return items, correct inventory, and reverse transactions directly from the field.
2. We fixed an issue where the “Exclude Item Total Amount” setting on invoices and estimates displayed correctly in preview but was ignored when emailed, resulting in mismatched document formatting between preview and the emailed version.
3. We resolved an issue where copying an estimate did not retain all original details. Customer WO number, line items, and notes will now correctly carry over by default when duplicating an estimate.
   
4. We added the internal memo field to both the Work Order history and the print preview, allowing users to view and reference internal notes more easily.
5. We also added a new user preference setting to hide the phone number on the Work Order page for improved privacy and customization.

6. We added a Work Order Count display to provide users with a quick view of the total number of work orders associated with a customer, location, or service request.

Bug Fixes

1. Ticket: 45891 We resolved an issue where mobile preferences, such as display settings, were not being applied correctly when work orders or estimates were emailed, resulting in inconsistencies between the app view and emailed documents.
2. Ticket: 47390 We fixed an issue in the mobile app where the amount displayed in the signature box was incorrect, ensuring it now reflects the accurate total.
