Your Apple devices must be on iOS version 13.0 or higher to use the Aptora Mobile II app.

When updating, please stop the Internet Information Services (IIS) website for Aptora Mobile II prior to running the Mobile Configuration Utility. Make sure that users clear the cache on the browser and/or the Aptora Mobile II application. This is the best practice with any website update to prevent conflicts with website code changes. If you are not logged into the mobile server and the computer/network administration, please right-click on the Mobile Configuration Utility and run as administrator.

Important Note Regarding Installer Update

This release includes a fix to the installer that resolves a critical issue. However, applying this update will trigger a reinstallation process that can cause temporary downtime. We recommend not running this update during business hours or mid-day, as it may interrupt normal operations. Please schedule the update during off-hours to avoid disruption.

Enhancements and Fine Tuning

1. Multi-Day Work Order Item Price Editing – We resolved an issue that prevented prices from being edited for items on multi-day work orders.
2. Cart totals to print preview – We ensure that cart totals now properly reflect in mobile invoice print preview.
3. Creating invoice from WO – The App now supports invoice generation directly from a Work Order.
   
4. We resolved an exception that occurred when adding notes after adding items to a mobile work order.
5. We fixed an issue where item prices on multi-day work orders could not be edited.
6. In mobile II, the items grid for a multiday work order will not display anything in the amount column. This appears to only be affecting WOs and not invoices.

7. We added a Work Order Count display to provide users with a quick view of the total number of work orders associated with a customer, location, or service request.

Bug Fixes

1. Ticket: 48564 We fixed an issue that occurred when adding items to a group on multi-day work orders.
2. Ticket: 48562 We resolved an issue in the mobile app where the position selection of items not working in multi-day WOs.
