Request that the contact log be updated when the service techs email the customer from mobile II upon completion of of service work
when correcting an employees time sheet, where the work order number is missing, when entering the correct work order number, it changes the employees entered time. causing a problem, it alters the time to the work order scheduled time, not the actual clock in time.
Can you please add an option to round time to the nearest 1/2 hr. it would speed up payroll processing tremendously. Since it’s still in testing mode it would be great to make is happen sooner than later. Thank You
