The stopwatch feature can only be used for job costing. If there was a feature to allow technicians to clock into idle time, appointments, lunch break, etc, then the stop watch feature could be used for time cards and not be required to be outsourced

Create “right-click” shortcut to view Equipment from Customer List. Also, have “Year Mfr” be viewable from the equipment list. Goal is for office to know age of equipment quickly to know if they should send an experienced or newer technician
