Your Apple devices must be on iOS version 13.0 or higher to use the Aptora Mobile II app.


When updating, please stop the Internet Information Services (IIS) website for Aptora Mobile II prior to running the Mobile Configuration Utility. Make sure that users clear the cache on the browser and/or the Aptora Mobile II application. This is the best practice with any website update to prevent conflicts with website code changes. If you are not logged into the mobile server and the computer/network administration, please right-click on the Mobile Configuration Utility and run as administrator.

Enhancements and Fine Tuning

  1. We added the “Customer Access Portal” (CAP), which connects with your customer information in Total Office Manager to allow your customers to view their Estimates, Work Orders, and Invoices.

Bug Fixes

  1. Ticket: 21837 AMII could not access the camera in the app. We resolved this issue.
  2. Settings did not save when update preferences. We fixed it.
  3.  Users could not view docs in App. We changed it. 
  4. Ticket: 37109 Mobile freezes when creating a filter. We resolved this issue.
  5. We fixed the Item Searching and Paging Issue.
  6. Ticket: 35018 We resolved the issue with Email in Purchase Order created from Work Order. 
  7. Ticket: 35943 Users were unable to View Future Appointments in Mobile. We fixed it.
