Your Apple devices must be on iOS version 13.0 or higher to use the Aptora Mobile II app.

When updating, please stop the Internet Information Services (IIS) website for Aptora Mobile II prior to running the Mobile Configuration Utility. Make sure that users clear the cache on the browser and/or the Aptora Mobile II application. This is the best practice with any website update to prevent conflicts with website code changes. If you are not logged into the mobile server and the computer/network administration, please right-click on the Mobile Configuration Utility and run as administrator.

Enhancements and Fine Tuning

1. We updated the theme application-wide for a refreshed look and feel across the entire app.
2. We added New SMS Messaging so you can text customers directly from Aptora Mobile. Just click the chat bubble on the bottom menu.
3. We added Good / Better / Best Pricing, letting you present multiple pricing options side-by-side so customers can choose the option that works best for them. These options are included in customer-facing PDFs and documents and can be toggled on in settings.
4. We introduced a New Card-Based Experience: a refreshed, mobile-friendly design for Work Orders, Estimates, Invoices, and Documents with easier navigation and improved usability. This can be toggled on in application settings.
5. We added Smarter Item Management, allowing you to reorder items with ease, enjoy improved search capabilities, and navigate long item lists more efficiently.
6. We updated the mobile Add Items experience to the FRPO style. It now starts with a Category picker followed by Items, and uses tiles/cards that display images for both categories and items.
7. We made Estimate & Work Order Improvements so you can quickly duplicate estimates, add estimates to existing work orders, and refresh pricing using your current price book.
8. We removed the broken, unused chat feature in mobile and replaced it with the same chat functionality used in the Aptora Teams application. The chat features required for Aptora Teams are preserved.

Bug Fixes

1. We resolved an issue with date fields on form builders. Previously, when editing an existing form, the saved date value was cleared upon entering edit mode, and saving without re-entering a date would default the dates to the current date. Saved dates are now retained when editing a form.
2. We fixed an issue where a form builder copied or edited from a second work order for the same customer would attach its generated document link to the original work order instead of the work order it was generated from. The document link now attaches to the correct work order.
