5.7.3.30 Release Notes

In order to login to version 5.7.3.30, Total Office Manager will need to be updated to version 11.0.0 or higher. Please be sure to consult with your colleagues and read the release notes for both Aptora Mobile II and Total Office Manager prior to updating both applications.

Fixes and Corrections
1. Corrected internal server error when adding/editing items on invoices and work orders
2. Corrected an issue on Sales Opportunity filter not working correctly
3. Corrected an issue that would cause mobile calculation of sales tax to differ from desktop application calculations.
4. Corrected issue with purchase order items not being populated with vendors department
5. Corrected issue where customer sales tax wasn't being pulled over to an invoice or estimate that was created from a sales opportunity.
6. Corrected calculation of the additional task discount on invoices/sale/estimates and work orders
7. Fixed issue with serialized number drop down not populating correctly
8. Fixed error that would generate when emailing in the software
9. Fixed rounding issue on invoice total calculation causing it to not match Total Office Manager
10. Fixed issue on invoice dashboard not displaying correct invoice numbers

New Features
Added functionality to show sales lead closing rates and sales leads in progress on the employee dashboard.
Added color coding to equipment sales history for warranty to match Total Office Manager
Added preferences to hide subtotal, sales tax and total amount on estimates
Added preference to hide sales rep and or technician names on invoice print preview and emails
Added a pop up message saying "submitted successfully" after entering a feature request under More | Help | Software Suggestions.
Added some specific error messages to mimic Total Office Manager when adding serial numbers on invoices
