ATTENTION: In order to login to version 5.8.0.21, Total Office Manager
will need to be updated to version 11.2.21 or higher. Please be sure to
consult with your colleagues and read the release notes for both Aptora
Mobile II and Total Office Manager prior to updating both applications.

Software Updates:
Fixes and Corrections
1. Corrected issue where due date was not being populated on mobile invoices
2. Corrected issue with Service agreement items showing doubled on the add item form
3. Corrected issue with bill to address on Mobile II not following the preference in Total Office Manager
4. Corrected issue where mobile wasn’t displaying customer/jobs names that were greater than 50 characters
5. Corrected issue preventing users to create a child record with the same name as another child record under
a different parent
6. Corrected the reported issue with reimbursables not being auto checked.
7. Corrected issue where mobile was not sending out the automatic thank you message
8. Corrected reported issue with the Chart of Account list in mobile. Added better searching capabilities

Mobile II Form Builder Updates:
1. Added MS excel like filtering for form builder list, for easy searching
2. Changed the naming convention on mobile form builder to be shortened so the forms can be
opened on a desktop computer with no errors

Performance Dashboard Updates:
1. Fixed issue where Sales Dashboard was not looking at correct fiscal year
2. Changed color scheme of the graph to easily distinguish between multiple employees

New Features:
1. Added the multi-day functionality into mobile. These work orders like Total Office
Manager are labeled with an asterisk
2. Added an asset section on the mobile work orders to show assigned assets
3. Added the "lock retail price" feature from Total Office Manager®
4. Added extensive new functionality to the “my flat rate book”. We plan to continue
to improve the sales presentation ability in the mobile product. Total Office Manager
will soon receive the ability to select up to ten images for each item or group.
