Payroll Tax Updates:
(All changes are effective 1/1/2019, and are multi-versioned so that current
formulas will continue working. Setting the PayDate property to 1/1/2019 or
after will invoke the new formulas.)
Federal
– Federal Tax Lien Exemption – new exemption amounts. This is a formula for
amounts that are exempt from a federal levy on wages. See

State
– IN Carroll Co. (Indiana) – new rate
– IN Cass Co. (Indiana) – new rate
– IN Dearborn Co. (Indiana) – new rate
– IN Grant Co. (Indiana) – new rate
– IN Hancock Co. (Indiana) – new rate
– IN Huntington Co. (Indiana) – new rate
– IN Jennings Co. (Indiana) – new rate
– IN White Co. (Indiana) – new rate
– MA (Massachusetts) – new rate
– MD Caroline Co. (Maryland) – new rate
– ND (North Dakota) – new brackets and allowance
– RI (Rhode Island) – new brackets
– VT (Vermont) – new brackets and allowance
– WA FMLA (Washington) – correction to wage base
– WA FMLA Employer (Washington) – correction to wage base

Fixes and Corrections:
– Fixed issue with quick filter not functioning with certain criteria.
– Fixed reported issue with avg cost calculation on invoicing.
NOTE: If and item’s avg cost was impacted please follow steps below to correct data from prior update.
Navigate to preferences | Items | Company preference tab | Click Recalculate Average cost.

Schedule/Dispatching:
Fixes and Corrections:
– Schedule Board (New) – Fixed reported issue on the dispatch board where work orders were flashing even if preference was set to off.
– Schedule Board (New) – Fixed issue with the stats button on new schedule board was crashing the application.

Auto Submitted Errors Corrected:
– A form can’t be moved or sized while minimized or maximized.
