This update requires an update to your database. This will require that all users log out of the software program so that the update can run. Once the update has run and the first user logs in, other users will be able to log back into the program in prior versions without being required to update. This update will take anywhere from 15 seconds to 5 minutes depending on the database size.
The following contains feature requests submitted by users like you:
- Memorized Invoice transactions has been improved. We made the activity of processing memorized invoices significantly faster. When you process multiple memorized transactions, we now check to see if any sales tax items have been updated, prior to generating the invoices. After the transactions have been created, any invoices that may need their sales tax information updated, will be presented in a report. We no longer open the invoice, check sales tax, save, and close the invoices. This makes the entire process much faster.
- On the regular Income Statement, if revenue was into the millions, the Gross Profit total field on one column was not wide enough. This has been fixed.
- Ticket 37981: We fixed the issue where item history were not always displaying estimates
- Ticket 37143: The issue with the Zone Pricing disappearing from the original item was resolved.
