Work Order Number Field Editable
We have had this field inadvertently changed which causes problems. Can this be locked once a WO number is assigned?
Sub total column in Invoice/estimate list
The list has Total, which includes tax. It would be nice to have a sub-total choice- especially for creating spreadsheets.
Item SDS report
Way to run a report of all inventory items that have a SDS sheet required checked.
Quick Filter
In the quick filter, when selecting category filter, have a drop down menu in the next field rather than rely on peoples memories to enter the category you are searching for (just like in Mobile).
Department set up
We removed our parent departments because staff kept choosing them for transactions, when we just wanted them for reporting purposes. Having the ability to lock out parent departments from being selected in transactions would resolve this, and make for better reporting.
Make description field larger and add more editing tools to invoice items
The invoice items have a lot of blank real estate. Can you make the description field larger to see the entire field without scrolling? Also- some font editing tools would make invoices/estimates more professional looking.
Equipment covered by SA in Mobile
Since the technician needs to know which equipment to work on while doing SA inspections, they need to see this in the equipment tab. Please add a column showing whats covered and whats not (like TOM).
Drop down list for Quick Filter when selecting item category
Most employees dont have the item category memorized, so adding a drop down menu when using the quick filter for the list of item categories would be helpful to all users
