The update took away the techs from being able to see the priority displayed without having to open work orders. We used it all the time in the field
When receiving payment, having the option of adding a column to show work address. We have builders that have 500+ sites and sometimes their payment stubs only shows the working address, not the site (lot #/subdivision.)
I would like to be able to run a report that gives me our top builders/customers for a year. Since our builders all have sub customers, I have to run the report individually.
We would like to be able to run employee time sheet report by work order type. At least the ability to include work order type in the report
