Would be great if we had the capability to print a work order and include private notes as an option. Right now we copy paste them to the tech notes and then erase it under the tech notes after we print.

Hello Sandie,
We designed private notes so that users would know they could never be printed or emailed, even by mistake. That area is designed for sensitive information that we would never want the client to see.

P.S.: My hope for your company is to implement the mobile app completely and no longer print work orders.
