Is it possible to get a percentage of the customers approve or decline of the repairs and/or services offered to them?
Ex. When we are booking existing customers if we can see on their front page the percentage of repairs they approved on past calls. This would be valuable info to let us know if this is a serious customer or somebody that uses us just for diagnostics/etc.
I would imagine we could possibly get the info from the print preview were the customer actually approves or declines the items presented to them.
