Your document management system is nice, and pretty full featured, but it would be nice to when you go to attach a document, you could chose either attach from folder, or click a button that would up a document scanner interface, where you could scan whatever you needed, then name it, and it dumped it in to a set document folder. It would make things one step instead of 2 or 3
