For those that have to have multiple earning items because of various cities (i.e. Ohio…our company has over 100 earning items on each field employee), it would be nice to be able to just change the employees rate of pay and have the system update each of the earning items appropriately instead of having to manually update each one.
The earning items already have a Pay Type that would be able to identify what is RT, OT, etc. If we could just enter the employees RT rate, the software could calculate the OT, DT, etc. (or we could even manually enter those in different fields) on that employee. It would save time and avoid possible errors by not having to adjust every single earning item on an employee. Even more helpful when more than one employee has a pay change at the same time.
