I believe this recommendation would increase efficiency of MOBILE NOTES> ADD DESCRIPTION by adding the option to drill down the same exact way as in currently done in HOME>MASTER LIST>TASK DESCRIPTION section. We find that using “Search” in MOBILE, requires more time because (at least for us) if when searching, we dont enter something exactly correct we have to redo the search FOR EXAMPLE Maintenance service call. Tech keeps typing in “maintenance” and gets no result, then tech types in “tune” – no result “tune-up”, no result “tune-ups” gets results. We cant rename “Tune-ups” to “Maintenance” however, if tech was presented the over view, then tech would see “Tune-Ups” right from the start, then drill down to which tune up it is, rather than trying to figure out why nothing comes up in the search results for maintenance, tune, or tune-up. BONUS – ADD choice when saving edits of said notes to master record, or just local edit.
