Anyone who has access to view the bills list can see payroll information. Can you change the feature to Print Paychecks instead of sending the posted payroll to the Vendors Bills?
Too much information to not be protected view.

Hello Julie,
We might be able to add a security setting to hide bills that are related to an outside payroll service. Unless turned on, bills that are related to an outside payroll service would not be seen in the bills list.
Question 1: Would that do it for you?
Question 2: Do the checks that pay outside payroll service bills need to be hidden as well?
