It would be very beneficial to have a time stamp of when a work order was first created. It would also be helpful to see the time stamps for each revision of a work order.

On the Work Order list, you can add the WO Date Created and the WO Last Revised fields (columns) to that list. If you go to the Audit Trail, you can see the date/time a WO was last edited along with the user name, computer they were on, and more.
