Why show zero balance statements in the statement process? It would be much easier to process the statements if we were only seeing the ones that actually have a balance owing.

Hello,
I remember that capability being added a long time ago. We had users tell us they wanted to see customers with a zero balance, in case there was problem. We added the zero balance customers to the list for those users. To overcome differences of opinion, we added Balance and Total Balance to the User Filter and Quick Filter so users could quickly remove them.
You should be able to use the Quick Filter or create a User Filter for Balance > $0.00.
