Your Apple devices must be on iOS version 13.0 or higher to use the Aptora Mobile II app.


When updating, please stop the Internet Information Services (IIS) website for Aptora Mobile II prior to running the Mobile Configuration Utility. Make sure that users clear the cache on the browser and/or the Aptora Mobile II application. This is the best practice with any website update to prevent conflicts with website code changes. If you are not logged into the mobile server and the computer/network administration, please right-click on the Mobile Configuration Utility and run as administrator.

Enhancements and Fine Tuning

  1. We added an option to enable automatic work order start times based on the first En Route/Working timesheet entry using the stopwatch. It can be found in work order settings, similar to the automatic end-time option.
  2. We added “Card View” to the estimate and invoice lists, similar to the work order list.
  3. We improved the formatting of the “Good/Better/Best” header on estimates and invoices.
  4. We added the option to hide group item prices within the shopping cart settings in the investment guide.
  5. We added various improvements to the UI on the investment guide page.
  6. We added the ability to manually run Text Message Reminders on a button click located in automatic text messaging settings.

Bug Fixes

    1. Ticket: 44093 We fixed an issue in which a task description would not be fully deleted from the database.
    2. Ticket: 44230 Generated PDFs from Form Builder forms will now properly attach as document links to work orders, rather than the customer.
    3. Ticket: 44082 We fixed an issue where an error message would pop up after emailing a purchase order even though it was successful.
    4. We corrected an issue with the investment guide where in certain instances the wrong cart name would be displayed in the viewing options page.
    5. We fixed an issue where in some specific cases upon changing the status of a work order to En-route or working, the application would hang or freeze.
    6. We fixed an issue where estimates would sometimes appear in the invoice list within customer history.
    7. We printed and previewed sales/invoices/estimates on Mobile will now show the proper header information according to the set preferences within Total Office Manager.
