Your Apple devices must be on iOS version 13.0 or higher to use the Aptora Mobile II app.

When updating, please stop the Internet Information Services (IIS) website for Aptora Mobile II prior to running the Mobile Configuration Utility. Make sure that users clear the cache on the browser and/or the Aptora Mobile II application. This is the best practice with any website update to prevent conflicts with website code changes. If you are not logged into the mobile server and the computer/network administration, please right-click on the Mobile Configuration Utility and run as administrator.

Enhancements and Fine Tuning

1. We resolved an issue where sales tax wasn’t being calculated for Direct Cost items in mobile. You will now see accurate tax totals when adding these items..
2. We added a button to zero out the retail price when adding items to a work order or estimate. Great for jobs where pricing needs to be hidden or manually entered later.
3. We improved the Work Order count display to only include work orders visible under My Work Orders, based on your preferences and settings.
4. We added a new preference to hide customer phone numbers on the mobile work order display page—perfect for teams that want a cleaner view or more privacy.
5. We improved the workflow so that when creating a Work Order or Invoice from an Estimate, the cart type now transfers automatically with each item—eliminating the need for manual re-selection.
6. We enhanced the “Good-Better-Best” Presentation. We polished the layout when displaying Good-Better-Best options on estimates:
   • Group item descriptions now appear bold and left-aligned.
   • Group item notes appear below the description, separated by space for better clarity.
   • The Group Item Number is now shown at the bottom of the column for easy reference.

   You can now manually select the Good, Better, or Best value for each applicable line item. A new column has been added to the grid for eligible items (like Groups and Services), giving you full control over the cart type.
