– This update contains several bug fixes related to the following:
Fixed an issue related to timesheet hours and duration calculating differently in Aptora Mobile II versus Total Office Manager.
Fixed a minor issue with line breaks in Invoices, Work Orders and Purchase Orders.
Fixed a message box indicating that an invoice/work order number could not be changed even though the user did not attempt to change it.

– New Features and Enhancements:
Added a Quantity field to Group Items. You may now quickly change the quantity of the entire group of items.
Added permission to show or hide Work Order amounts and totals. This feature is in the Work Order Settings (print settings).
Added a label to the signature button (upper right when previewing) called "Signature Pre-Auth.". This should help clarify what this feature is used for. The idea behind this feature was to optionally obtain approval before any work begins.
Improved the My permissions. Now when you give permission for a "My" list (such as My Work Orders), the user does not have access to the full Work Order list unless you expressly give that permission.
Improved the Automatic Stopwatch security so that users no longer have access to the Timesheet list when they have access to the Stopwatch.
