Fixes and Corrections

1. When opening lists on iOS devices, selecting a row and then clicking the back button, the grid would appear as if it was loading and no actions could be performed.
2. Clicking address links would not launch maps from browsers or devices.
3. Declining and approving items on print preview of an invoice did not work.
4. In some situations, time sheets could be created for pay period's that had already been paid.
5. Couldn’t open a Work Order from the My Calendar/Company Calendar Pages.
6. Some users couldn’t Edit Group Headers on an Estimate Item even though they had the Permissions to Edit.
7. Call Back Work Orders wouldn’t open the Display Page.
8. Drop Down List when adding Items would be removed after Searching.
