For on-premises users, this update will require all other users to be logged out so that the database can be updated. Cloud users (hosted) will not need to update their database.

Corrected an issue where the Scroll bar item grid of Bills was sometimes unavailable. (30921)

Corrected issues with the payment profiles migration form where it could open more than once and typographical errors(30858)
