11.2.40 Release Notes

This update requires an update to your database. This will require that all users log out of the software program so that the update can run.
Once the update has run and the first user logs in, other users will be able to log back into the program in prior versions without being required to update.
This update will take anywhere from 15 seconds to 30 minutes depending on the database size.

Payroll Tax Updates (All changes are effective 1/1/2019):

– FICA SS (Social Security) – new wage base
– FIT (Federal Income Tax) – new brackets and allowance

State
– AK Unemployment (Alaska) – new wage base
– CA (California) – new brackets, standard deduction, and credits
– DE Unemployment (Delaware) – new wage base
– HI Disability (Hawaii) – new wage base
– IL (Illinois) – new exemption
– IL Unemployment (Illinois) – new wage base
– KY (Kentucky) – new standard deduction
– ME (Maine) – new brackets, allowance, and standard deduction
– MN (Minnesota) – new brackets
– MO (Missouri) – new brackets, drops FIT deduction, no longer affected by state exemptions
– ND Unemployment (North Dakota) – new wage base
– NJ Disability (New Jersey) – new wage base
– NJ Jersey City (New Jersey) – added
– NJ Unemployment (New Jersey) – new wage base

– NY Yonkers Resident (New York) – new brackets

– Payroll Summary report now displays the Net Pay line when employees do not have deductions.
– Fixed issue with balance forward on the payroll item detailed history report.

– Fixed issue where Batch Renewing Escrow SAs – Pref for copying commissions was not saving.
– Fixed issue where multi-day work orders were not being canceled.
– Fixed yellow screen error when creating repeating work orders.
– Fixed reported issue where the customer wasn’t being populated on a new service agreement.
