This update requires an update to your database. This will require that all users log out of the software program so that the update can run.
Once the update has run and the first user logs in, other users will be able to log back into the program in prior versions without being required to update.
This update will take anywhere from 15 seconds to 30 minutes depending on the database size.

Employees & Payroll:
Fixes and Corrections:
– Payroll Summary report now displays the Net Pay line when employees do not have deductions.
– Fixed issue with balance forward on the payroll item detailed history report.
– Fixed issue that some users were experiencing where taxs were not calculating on paychecks if another employee had hit a wage base.
– Fixed reported issue where some users were experiencing taxes not calculating when using older pay dates.

Reports:

– Fixed issue with value adjustments not calculating the correct AVG. Cost.

Invoices, Work Orders, Equipment & Service Agreements:
Fixes and Corrections:
– Fixed issue with the marketing type not copying over to renewal invoice, when batch renewing service agreements.
– Fixed issue where Batch Renewing Escrow SAs – Pref for copying commissions was not saving.
– Added the ability to change the service agreement type when batch renewing service agreements.
– Fixed issue where the alternative email feature was removing files.

Vendors & Customers:
Fixes and Corrections:
– Fixed issue where customer job list was loading slow for databases that had customers with large balances.
– Added a column on the invoice list “billing county” and “work county”
– Fixed issue with available qty displaying incorrectly on the invoice list.

Schedule/Dispatching:

– NEW: Editing WO notes can now be done quickly from within the Schedule Board.
– Fixed: Auto-Refresh was not always refreshing the board.
– Added a check to schedule board that will make the refresh button red when something has changed. Letting other users know they are not seeing the refreshed board. This allows the user to manually refresh instead of waiting the 30 seconds for the auto refresh.
– Fixed: Employee hours now get updated in the ‘Selected Employees’ list.
– Fixed: Several performance enhancements to decrease starin on the CPU.
– Fixed: Several issues with map status returning false errors.
– Added: Ability to change the column width.
– Added: Users are warned when they drop a WO onto the board that is not visible in the current profile.
– Added: Sales Rep & Inside Sales Rep columns added to Unscheduled WO List.

Auto Submitted Errors
– Fixed error when adding an alias to a document link.
– Fixed error when dragging and dropping work orders onto new schedule board.
– Fixed error when creating a sub customer and transferring credit card info.
– Fixed error when trying to process payroll with no begin date set.
