This update requires an update to your database. This will require that all users
log out of the software program so that the update can run.
Once the update has run and the first user logs in, other users will be able to log
back into the program in prior versions without being required to update.
This update will take anywhere from 15 seconds to 30 minutes depending on the database size.

– Fixed reported issue where earnings were not being calculated into the 941.
– Fixed reported issues with the W2\W3 calculations. Ticket#’s 13498,13502, 12453, 12941
– Fixed reported issue where the DD check numbers were being reused. Ticket #1730
– Fixed reported issue where the process pay group was missing right side of the window. Ticket#’s 12453

– Fixed issues when emailing with Microsoft outlook on certain forms. Ticket#’s 13665,13630,13624,13642,13663
– Fixed issues with the Caller ID phone monitor showing all calls as customers.Ticket# 12859
– Fixed issue with avg cost calculating incorrectly on bills. If you were affected by this
bug please contact support to help with re-saving the invoices and bills so they report the correct AVG cost.

Auto Submitted Errors Corrected:
– frmPRW2.LoadRow() Invalid use of Null
– frmInvoices.deleteItems() Invalid use of Null
– YS On W2 when paging rapidly
– Added error instead of yellow screen for some cases of ‘out of memory’ error this message
\will recommend restarting Total Office Manager, but will stop the system from getting
the yellow screen and force closing the program.
