Database Update

This update will require all other users to be logged out so that the database can be updated.


Enhancements and New Features

  1. Added security for the Work Order No Invoice/Sale Required checkbox. This is continued work on a feature request.
  2. Multi-Day Work Orders now completing through the Work Order List. Ticket 26380
  3. Add more fields and options to the Work Order Batch Update utility (on the Work Order List > Actions > Batch Update Work Orders). These include Week Promised, Time Slot Promised, Stage, and No Invoice Required. This was a feature request. Ticket CSM040
  4. We made changes to allow users to open Excel dashboard files differently if in the hosted environment. This is part of the Contractor Compass dashboard system that is close to release. Ticket JL274

Bug Fixes and Fine-Tuning

  1. Corrected an issue where the Purchase Order list from the Enter Bill form was not sorting properly. Ticket 26659
  2. Fixed an issue where if a new income, expense, or asset is selected on the estimate, it not copying those account changes to an invoice created from it. Ticket 26662
  3. An issue that caused the Reimbursables box to be checked on Item Receipts even if the box is not checked on the originating purchase order. Ticket 26576
  4. Corrected a problem where, under certain circumstances, payroll deductions with limits would not deduct fully. Ticket 26489
  5. Fixed an issue where work order email was not showing the correct date for the start of work. Ticket 26391
