Database Update

This update requires an update to your database. This will require that all users log out of the software program so that the update can run. Once the update has run and the first user logs in, other users will be able to log back into the program in prior versions without being required to update. This update will take anywhere from 15 seconds to 5 minutes depending on the database size.


Enhancements/Modifications

The following contains feature requests submitted by users like you:

  1. We updated the IRS Form 941 to reflect the latest requirements.

Bug Fixes

  1. We fixed an issue with the Completed Work Order preference. Under certain conditions, work orders were being hidden if they were either completed or invoiced instead of requiring both conditions. This has been corrected.
  2. We fixed an issue where users could receive an incorrect pop-up message prompting them to select a customer, even after a customer had already been selected using the Customer Lookup feature.
  3. We fixed an issue on the Schedule Board where creating a new timesheet entry could occasionally assign the wrong employee.
  4. We fixed an issue where the Workflow Navigator link to the Schedule Board was not working correctly.
