Database Update

This update requires an update to your database. This will require that all users log out of the software program so that the update can run. Once the update has run and the first user logs in, other users will be able to log back into the program in prior versions without being required to update. This update will take anywhere from 15 seconds to 5 minutes depending on the database size.


Enhancements/Modifications

The following contains feature requests submitted by users like you:

  1. We added the Alt + Z shortcut to the items grid on the Work Order and Purchase Order forms, allowing users to quickly add a new row to the end of the list.
  2. We updated the IRS Form 941. The form now supports tax years 2024, 2025, and 2026. Official printing is available for 2024 and 2025. Printing for 2026 will be available once remaining IRS-required updates are completed.
  3. We improved the Database Information form. The connection testing feature now includes additional tests, more detailed information, and an improved interface. Results can now be copied for troubleshooting purposes.
  4. We added a Memo column to the Credit Card Charge List. The Memo field is now also available in the Quick Filter, User Filter, and Form Preferences.
  5. We improved bank reconciliation messages and notices to provide clearer explanations and better guidance.
  6. We enhanced Bank Deposits and Journal Entries created during bank reconciliation to include clearer memo descriptions. Bank Deposits now also include Entry Number, User Created, and Created By information.
  7. We added an F1 help topic link to the Sales Commission Method form and list for easier access to documentation.
  8. We improved handling when opening help topics using the F1 key to prevent errors and improve reliability.
  9. We improved Custom Data Views filtering and Excel export reliability, especially when using date-based filters.

Bug Fixes

  1. We fixed a Custom Template Save As issue that could cause a yellow screen error when saving a template under a new name.
  2. We fixed an issue in the Sales Commission List where opening the list could cause the program to close unexpectedly or display a yellow screen error.
  3. We fixed an issue in the Inventory Transfer form where multiple transfers could be created if the save button was triggered repeatedly.
  4. We fixed an issue in the Navigator form that could cause a rare yellow screen error related to image loading.
  5. We fixed an issue where opening the About window could result in a yellow screen error under certain conditions.
  6. We fixed an issue on the Invoices form where the Stage drop-down list in the item grid would not load properly.
  7. We removed the “Include Invoices with Aging” checkbox from the A/R Aging Report Options form where it was added by mistake.

  3. The Navigator form image-related yellow screen error has been fixed.
