Why can’t we access user defined fields from the equipment screen on mobile 2?? i have filter sizes and such listed in those user fields on TOM, but techs have no access to these.

if i send an email from the “send email” on the menu, it remembers the last chain of emails i have sent out to, however if i send “PDF email” it will only ever remember the first one saved, major pain in the butt… how can this be corrected???
between work orders and invoices in mobile II the menu’s aren’t the same… very annoying
