Why can’t we access user defined fields from the equipment screen on mobile 2?? i have filter sizes and such listed in those user fields on TOM, but techs have no access to these.

Hello Barry,
The User Defined Fields (UDFs) for equipment can be seen on the User Defined Fields (UDFs) tab on the equipment. You need to open that piece of equipment to seem them. Let me know if this is what you are referring to.
In the next mobile update, we added a View button to the Work Order Equipment list. This allows users to quickly open a piece of equipment and view the details, such as UDFs. We could not fit User Defined Fields (UDFs) on the Equipment list, since there can be a large number of them.
