The way AI billing and ITEM Reservations work if you use an ITEM Reservation it doesn’t play nice with AI billing. If you use ITEM reservation then it does not show billed 100 percent so in the module window for AI billing it then doesn’t show up. If its in a group it brings the group as the whole part not all the items. My thought is If you could select the “ITEM RESERVATION” from the warehouse drop down or a column in the invoice menu it would eliminate the need to insert each item individually to match the AI spreadsheet and hopefully not cause the item to not show billed as part of the estimate and properly import in the AI Window.
