The stage feature that has been added throughout Total Office Manager has been a game changer.
I would like to see this feature added to the employee form so that we can track the onboarding and then training of an employee.
Example:
Stage 1 – Orientation
Stage 2 – Basic Training
Stage 3 – Advanced Training
Stage 4 – Certified – Now working
The stage column would also need to be added to the employee list.
