I am entering this for someone at Aptora University.
The ability to rearrange the columns in the item history form and others if possible. Save the order by user.

We are not able to allow users to arrange the tabs. The control we use does not offer that capability. We would have to rearrange them. We decided not to arrange the tabs in a different way since that would certainly cause as many complaints as it would pats on the back.
