Inactivate Certain Automated Text Messages

Currently, all text messages are either on or off. You cannot “inactivate” one of the messages like you can for emails. Can you add this feature? Customers are texted when the Tech is En Route, Working and Completed. I want to inactivate the “Working” status. The technician is at their home, they have likely greeted him or her and they know they are working.
