May I make a suggestion? I was trying to figure out where to put gate codes from communities so they would be permanent on the customers records so we didn’t have to ask every time and it would appear on the dispatch emails. I ended up putting it on the main screen under pager. I don’t know about you, we don’t have too many customers that still use pagers so maybe that could be instead, gate or door codes? What do you think? Maybe you already have a way to do it, I am just not sure. We have been putting it in notes and it will pop up, but doesn’t appear on the work order.
