Prior to version 20.10.1300, there was an preference we could check that would not auto-fill the marketing field on a new WO (by pulling directly from the customer). Please bring that back.
We want to track the marketing separate for a New Customer and each of their Work Orders. Maybe they were referred to us or received a marketing piece that initially brought them to us but we also want to know why they call us back each time. Was it another marketing piece? Did they look up our services on the internet and found us? Do they have us programmed on speed dial? I want to know how they obtained our number each time they call for service.
