Currently if you select the employee list to show in mobile the user can see everything in the employee file. I would like the ability to maybe have another setting to only show employee name, phone number, title and email address. Not sure if this could be a setting that you select in TOM that would show only what you selected. This would help new hires have everyone’s contact info readily available without having to manage another contact list outside the software.
