Love the idea of Scheduling Wizard. But for our gals on the phone to stay in one place while taking the phone call, they need to be able to enter (New Customer) details as well. Right now it only allows you to look up (current customers) in the system. If the call takers could follow the same call-flow like Scheduling Wizard provides for customers already found in the system, that would be AMAZING and provide our team with a consistent call flow process for all calls.
