We propose adding an Estimate Presentation Module to AMII. This module would allow technicians to create, present, and manage multiple estimate options directly from a work order.

Key Features:
Estimate Creation:
Technicians can create multiple estimates directly from a work order. After one estimate is created, consider a “Save and New” or “Save and Copy” option at the bottom of the estimate to avoid having to navigate back to the work order to create a new estimate.,

Enable a library of prebuilt templates for easy selection and customization (e.g., “group of groups” saved as templates).

Proposal Presentation:
Add a “Proposal” option to the work order menu.
When in the Proposal module, allow technicians to select multiple estimates to present to customers.

Display estimates on one page in a tiered format (e.g., Good-Better-Best or other customizable format) with an Approve button for each.

Seamless Integration:
Once an estimate is approved, provide the option to automatically load items from the approved estimate back into the originating work order to eliminate redundant steps and manual entry. (Also see feature request named: Field Estimates Work Flow)

Enhanced Editing:
Copy existing estimates for easy updates.
Add drag-and-drop functionality and batch deletion for efficiency.

Customer-Focused Presentation:
Provide a professional, branded proposal view with detailed options.
Include digital approval via tablet or email for convenience.

Ability to attach multiple estimates to an email to the customer and customize the email body or select from prebuilt templates.

Real-Time Updates:
Sync with the pricebook to ensure accurate, up-to-date pricing in the estimates and template library.
