We would like to see Info stamp forced on the notes section. We just recently ran into an issue not knowing how old the note was on a customer or who placed it there. So forcing the info stamp with time date and user would be great so the note is tagged

I would like to see this as well. Rather have someone delete the info than accidentally omit it. Good to see on all notes, and work orders.
I would like to see this added to mobile work orders for tech notes too.

When the Notes form is opened, two line returns are added plus the info stamp. Like this:

Yes. Cursor would go to the end after one blank space. Locking the field for users without express permission could be added. It would be all or nothing, either a user could edit the field or they could not. The info stamp would not be added if the user cannot edit the field.
Hi everyone:
Is there a reason we aren’t having technicians use the Work Order Contact Log? This feature auto date and time stamps. Using the Technician Notes can get messy, especially if you create an invoice from the work order and have the notes populate to the invoice. This would include all the time stamps.
