Unscheduled work orders~When using Form Preferences to shorten the work order columns, once you open the form preference and then open show columns, you can only click one item at a time as it takes you right back to unscheduled work orders and you have to repeat this over and over. It would be great to click the columns needed all at once vs going back and forth. Also, once we do any updates, the preference go out the window. It would be great if they could stay once selected.
On the schedule board? It stays open for us. Are you on the latest version? Maybe they updated it. It also stays open the work order list in the desktop.
I was going to ask the same thing. Are you talking about the “New Schedule Board” in Total Office Manager – desktop? Please let me know and I will look into it. If yes, please also tell me your schedule board version number.
