Please add a notification to the mobile application notifying of lost internet (data) connection. This will help with technician frustration levels as currently the application just sits and spins. If you log into the browser page (Chrome, Safari, Samsung Internet, etc.), you receive a labeled notice in the app stating the internet is offline or no data connection is present.
This is a good idea especially if we can adjust the “ping” frequency to check only when activity is detected to prevent battery drain from constant communication verifying an internet signal, and to help reduce techs from getting over exposed to micro radio waves.
